About LMSA- Penn State

The Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA) is a student-run organization at Penn State College of Medicine that with the help of its advisors, which includes Dr. Pichardo-Lowden, Dr. Patricia Silverya, and Dr. Sarah Ramirez, serves and advocates for the Latino community in Central Pennsylvania. Ever since we founded our Chapter, LMSA- Penn State has united and empower medical students through service, mentorship and education to advocate for the health of the Latino Community.  Our medical student members will go the extra mile to give our Latino patients and community members the tools needed to grow and succeed in America.
